RONEN AGASSI APPOINTED AS HEAD OF LEUMI'S CAPITAL MARKETS DIVISION

President & CEO of Leumi Group, Ms. Rakefet Russak-Aminoach, announced today that Mr. Ronen Agassi, CPA, will be joining Bank Leumi's Executive Management, as Head of the Capital Markets Division. Mr. Agassi will replace Mr. Itai Ben-Zeev, who was recently appointed as CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Bank of Israel.

Mr. Agassi, born in 1968, holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from the College of Management. Agassi served as CEO of Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Ltd. as of early 2016, while prior to that served in various management positions in the Harel Group, including Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO and Head of the Finance and Resources Division. Prior to that, Agassi served as the Chief Accountant of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd.
