What to do if your mobile device has been lost or stolen?

If you have lost your mobile device or if it has been stolen and is not in your possession anymore, we advise you to first contact your mobile provider and block the device.
Additionally, you can easily block the three information services received from the bank: "Leumi On Time", "Cash by Mobile", "Instant Balance", through the website or by Leumi app.

Instructions for the services removal:

 

  • "Leumi On Time" service – can be removed by the Leumi website
    • > Main menu
    • > My mailbox
    • > Join to messages and mail
    • > In "Leumi On Time" circle press "Service update"
    • > Mark the "V" next to "I would like to remove the service"
    • > Press "OK"

 

  • "Cash by Mobile" service can be removed by accessing the app from another devic
    • > Main menu
    • > Settings, Password and Services
    • > In "Settings, Password and Services" press the "Cash by Mobile" line
    • > In the next screen press the "Remove" button
    • > In the next screen press "Finish"

 

  • "Instant Balance" service can be removed by accessing the app from another device
    • > Main menu
    • > Settings, Password and Services
    • > In "Settings, Password and Services" press the "Instant Balance " line
    • > In the next screen press the "Remove" button
    • > In the next screen press "Finish"
