Help With Logging Into Your Account

1.            Changing Authentication Field

You can set an authentication field of your own choice with a value that will be easy for you to remember: On Leumi website >> Menu >> Password and Settings >> Select "Change Authentication Field" or through the link..

2.            Choosing a password that is high in password strength

The password must be a combination of digits and English letters. It is advisable to choose a complex password that is high in password strength (and will be difficult to decipher.) You can set a new password at any time on the Leumi website: Menu >> Password and Settings >> Select "Change Password" or through the link.

3.            Login at least once every three months

If you do not login for 180 days, access to the Internet will be blocked and you will have to carry out a "Release Blocking" procedure. (Please contact your branch to do so.) 

4.            Changing password before expiration

Prior to expiration of your current password, you will receive a message when you login to your account in which you will be requested to set a new password. It is recommended to change the password before the expiration of the password so that your account will not be blocked.
