The changes in Leumi's leadership will boost proactivity and help us leapfrog towards New Banking. These newly appointed individuals are experienced, creative and highly motivated to ensure Leumi's continued leadership in an era in which the banking world is undergoing a veritable revolution. Most members of Leumi's management have been working with the Bank for a good number of years and are ready to move on to new positions; they have also grown managers who are able to advance and replace them. I am proud and pleased to have all the appointments to management come from within Leumi, and have no doubt that each of the appointees is the most appropriate for Leumi at this time and will continue the Bank's growth process during this complex period."
