Leumi Trade

Following the decision of the Israel Securities Authority, Leumi Trade has made it possible for the Bank's customers to participate and vote in company meetings over the Internet. Leumi Trade customers will now be able to see, directly from their personal portfolio, upcoming meetings of companies that correspond with the securities they hold, and easily participate in the voting process at these meetings.

In addition, a link will be displayed in customers' portfolios, which, when clicked, will generate an ID number and password which customers will need in order to vote on the Internet Voting System.

For your convenience, the online system will allow you to change or cancel your vote until the voting officially closes.

This new development will allow investors to easily vote and influence company decisions, without having to physically attend or participate in company meetings.
