Security questions are an identification mechanism that allows you to get banking services online and from Leumi Call, which require enhanced identification in a simple, intuitive way.
Please note: Security questions replace your account password when carrying out transactions.
You can choose security questions that will allow you to remember more easily the answers to them, through advanced measures for ensuring your privacy and the confidentiality of your banking information.
How do you join the service?
Customers with a complex signature composition: Enter your account via the website >> In the top menu click "Reports and support" >> In the left menu click on "Security Questions. "
Other business customers : Enter your account via the website >>In the top menu click "My Leumi" >> In the left menu click "Security Questions. "
How do you define the security questions?
Customers with a complex signature composition: Enter ID number
Login to "Security Questions” screen
Select 4 questions from a total of 12 questions available
Answer each of the questions you have chosen with an answer that does not change and that you can remember easily
Enter the login password to confirm
Later, you can change the questions you selected or update answers to existing questions at any time.
