'Leumi Digital' continues upgrading customer experience and launches "Instant Balance". For the first time in Israel, Leumi customers using the Leumi Mobile App. can get up to date information on the balance of their account easily and quickly, without having to enter the access details for the account.
From research conducted by Leumi, it was found that the most popular banking action made by the mobile phone is checking the account balance. "Instant Balance" enables customers to view their account balance immediately on entering the Leumi Mobile App. by "swiping" the login screen, without having to enter their ID details.
In this way, Leumi joins a select number of banks worldwide offering this function. "Instant Balance" is aimed at customers subscribed to Leumi's online services and is provided to them free of charge, after a one-time registration in the Leumi Mobile App.
In addition, Leumi is implementing a change in the login process on Leumi's websites and mobile apps, offering customers a short and simple login procedure to their bank account with only two ID fields, instead of the three in use until now.
"Instant Balance" is a further development by 'Leumi Digital' aimed at improving customer experience and making banking information accessible to customers on platforms they use on a daily basis. It joins a long list of advanced digital services that Leumi was the first to develop in the banking system, including: ‘Mobile Check Deposit’, ‘My Facebook Bank Account, ‘Text Transfer’, ‘Leumi Total Digital’ – an online banking channel with no current account fees, the 'Digital Wallet', and more.
