Leumi Chat is a service which allows Leumi customers to chat with a banker about general information concerning their account: money transfers, deposits, withdrawals, ordering of checks, Forex exchange etc. It's extremely simple; Leumi customers open the chat box on the homepage of their online banking account, enter their name, their email account and a brief message about the nature of their question, and begin chatting live with a banker. The service is provided in Hebrew and is not intended for giving instructions to perform banking actions, for investment consultation, for capital market trading.
