Leumi customers who have an online banking account can now receive messages from the bank directly into their personal secure mailbox, in their online banking account.
Messages are organized according to status; a green envelope means an unread mail message that hasn't been downloaded. Reading the message will cancel the physical sending of the message, saving paper and promoting environmental awareness. A purple envelope means an unread mail message that hasn't been downloaded and that was already sent to the Leumi customer via postal mail. An open envelope means a mail message that has already been read, regardless of its postal status.
Leumi customers can also conveniently organize, store and delete messages to suit their needs and preferences with My Mailbox. It's a convenient, quick and secure way of receiving vital information about your account; it's also an extremely environmentally friendly, paper saving service.
