With Leumi on Time, you can receive information about account operations via the following channels:

  • Text messages concerning events in your account or about the capital market (in Hebrew)***
  • Correspond with a banker via text message (in Hebrew)***
  • Request a conversation with a banker through WhatsApp (in Hebrew)***

Everything is in accordance with  your unique preferences and specifications!

 

  

At this time, you are able to choose one of two of the following packages which best suits you:

 

Combined Plan:

In this plan, you can contact the bank via text message and WhatsApp*, and receive updates on your mobile phone concerning your account and the capital market, with unlimited messaging.  The cost of this package is 10 NIS a month. 

 

What is included in this package?

  • Defining text messages concerning your current account and the capital markets
  • Text Messaging with a Banker: Send a question concerning your acocunt via SMS (for example: "What is my current account balance?) and receive a response via text message or phone call.  Read More (in Hebrew) >>
  • Request a Conversation via WhatsApp.>> Send a message with the words 'Call me Back,' and a banker will get back to you by phone.  Read More>>
  • Additional updates regarding:

                            >Messages that cheque books are waiting for you at the branch

                            > Messages that you have used up 80-100% of your account credit balance

                            > Messages that your credit card is waiting for you at the branch

Basic Plan:

In the basic plan you are able to receive additional updates from the bank and at no cost, such as:
