At Leumi social responsibility is not merely a slogan.
Leumi was graded amongst the top ten in the social responsibility grading for 2007 published by the Maala Organization.
Leumi scored high grades in four categories in which there is grading: business ethics (10), human rights and work environment (9), involvement in the community (7) and ecology (10).

Leumi is also the first financial body in Israel to publish a full 
Social Responsibility Report pursuant to the international instructions of the GRI Organization, which leads the social responsibility issue globally.
Leumi CEO, Ms Galia Maor, said, “Since the dawn of its establishment, Leumi has established itself as a leading body in the social field, contributing to the development and prosperity of Zionist enterprise and the State of Israel and taking an active role in communal affairs.”
