Established in 1973, Leumi Partners Underwriters (“LPU”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Leumi Partners, has long been ranked as one of Israel’s premier underwriting, distribution and advisory firms.
LPU successfully leverages the group's leading position in the Israeli economy, and is led by Mr. Ofer Grinbaum and Mr. Shai Nevo, two senior, highly regarded and experienced underwriting/distribution professionals.
LPU Jointly managed and led over NIS 8 billion in debt and equity offerings in the first 3 months of 2012 (out of total raised NIS 11billion), after another solid year in 2011, with NIS 23.5 billion of debt and equity offerings (out of total raised NIS 40 billion).

LPR (formerly National Consultants), a wholly owned subsidiary of Leumi Partners, represents a unique equity research platform.
An experienced team of leading debt and equity research analysts provide “buy” side research support for all of Leumi Partners’ other activities (i.e merchant banking/strategic investment, underwriting and M&A), as well as providing research support to the bank’s retail investment advisor network, institutional sales, trading desks and corporate lending.
LPR also performs valuation surveys for external clients.
