Whether a request, complaint, suggestion or a simple 'Thank you', we are here for you.
How your case will be handled
Once we receive your submission, we will confirm receipt, verify your details, and examine the issue with the corresponding branch's management. If necessary, we will seek legal consultation, and reply to you following legal advisement. For your information, if the answer you receive is unsatisfactory, you may appeal the decision before the Ombudsman's Office.

With any submission, please be sure to indicate the responsible body and a full description of the event. If you wish to be personally contacted, please include your contact information – telephone number, email address, or postal address. Please note that any details you send to us are encoded and secured.
