The Trust Co. establishes and manages such trusts in trust for those persons specified by the founder of the trust, as beneficiaries, i.e. minors, persons who, for various reasons, are unable to manage their own affairs either temporarily or permanently. Such trusts require the appointment of an experienced trustee who will act in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate laws.
