If a client wishes to let a property in his ownership, i.e. an apartment, a building or a building designated for business purposes, the Trust Co. can and does deal with finding tenants, preparing the Rental Agreement, collecting the rent, investing the income, paying the taxes and maintaining the physical state of the property.
If required by the client, the Trust Co. can arrange for a valuation of the property to be made by a licensed valuer.
