The Trust Co. also acts as trustee on collaterals and, as such, holds and manages them, including bank guarantees, insurance policy rights and real estate. The trusteeship is managed in accordance with terms agreed upon, in advance, by the parties involved. In addition, the Trust Co. acts as trustee in the case of shares pledged in favour of Bank Leumi. The shares are registered in the name of the Trust Co. and it deals with them in all matters relating to the ownership of shares, including the receipt of dividends, the granting of proxies for general meeting etc.
