The Trust Co. provides this service to holders of traded securities such as: Institutional share holders, i.e. Mutual Fund Managers, Provident Funds and Insurance companies in Israel; institutional share holders managing portfolios abroad and local and foreign-resident private share holders.
The service includes:
- Regular advice of the dates of General Meetings and their respective Agendas.
- Participation and voting at the meetings, in accordance with the client's instructions.
- If necessary, contacting the client, during the meeting, to enable it to consider and react to new and unexpected situations in real time.
- Assistance in preparing 'immediate reports' for those clients who are required to provide them to authorities (the Securities Authority, the Capital Market Department of the Ministry of Finance) and to the Stock Exchange.
Providing the client with a copy of the minutes of the attended meeting.
