The client's financial assets are managed in bank accounts, in accordance with his instructions.
Foreign Residents: The Trust Co. manages accounts in its name, in trust for foreign residents in Israel or abroad.
The Trust Co. prepares a Trust Agreement, to be signed by both parties, in which the client specifies how the trust account is to be operated and managed. The transactions in the account are executed by the Trust Co., in accordance with the terms set out in the Trust Agreement, or, if the client so requests, the Trust Co. will grant a 'third party mandate' enabling him or his nominee to operate the account directly with the branch.
