  • How can you sign for Instant Balance? 
  • You can sign up on the Leumi app., by logging in to 'Instant Balance' on the login screen, or via the menu on the left after identification. Customers that do not sign up will not be able to make use of Instant Balance. (Please Note: Instant Balance is only available in Hebrew at this time.)

 

  • What is Instant Balance?
  • Instant Balance" lets you quickly view your account balance, without having to re-enter your ID information for login but by sliding the application login screen.

 

  • Who can sign up to use Instant Balance?
  • Private customers and business customers (with simple compositions of signatures).

 

  • Is the balance available and accessible for me instantly after registration?
  • Yes, after registration you can see the balance on the application login screen by sliding on the 'Instant Balance' bar.

 

  • I have lost my device - How can I unsubscribe to Instant Balance?
  • You can unsubscribe from any mobile device by performing identification (login) on the Leumi app. and after that, clicking on 'Instant Balance' on the menu on the left and cancelling it.

  • If I have a number of accounts in Leumi - Can I view the balance of each of them?
  • Yes, you can view the balance of up to four accounts in local currency (Israeli currency) . The leading account and another three related accounts will be displayed as chosen by the system (you cannot change this choice).

 

  • How do I hide my balance after I've seen it?
  • In order to remove the display of 'Instant Balance,' minimize the app. and reopen it.

 

  • How can I browse between the accounts?
  • Switching between accounts is done by making another slide where the balance is displayed.

 

  • What should I do if the option to subscribe to Instant Balance is not displayed for me, or I could not sign up?
  • You should make sure that you have the latest version of the application.  If even after the update you were still unsuccessful in registering, please contact technical support by telephone at : 03-9544333 (within Israel.)

 

  • Does this application work abroad?
  • Yes, as long as you have a Leumi bank account in Israeli currency.  (Please remember, that the app. is only available in Hebrew at this time.)
