Leumi Mortgage has created a premiere mortgage application, recommended for anyone who wants to plan their own mortgage. The application can be downloaded here (in Hebrew only).

The application enables you to perform the following actions:

• Use a sophisticated mortgage calculator to help you assess and plan long-term mortgage repayments at different interest rates. You can calculate your monthly mortgage repayments based on the sum of your mortgage or the monthly amount you wish to repay. You can do this using one of three different interest calculation methods (Spitzer, Equal principal or Bullet). You can get an estimated monthly repayment chart file which you can then send to your email.
• Receive information and assistance regarding the process of taking out a mortgage.
• Apply for immediate initial loan approval directly via the application.
• Get information about Leumi Mortgage branches – addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours.
• Get direct access to details about your mortgage at Leumi Mortgage (for mortgages repaid from a Leumi account) or alternatively, you can submit an application to open an account at Leumi, if you don’t already have one.
