Leumi Wins Awards

For the second time in a row, Global Finance, the prestigious economic magazine, has chosen the Leumi Website as the Best Banking Website in Israel for Personal Banking Customers.

Now, for the second time in two years, the distinguished economic publication, Global Finance, has awarded Bank Leumi's Website as being the "best banking website for personal banking customers in Israel."

 

In 2010, Leumi filed for the first time its candidacy for entry in Global Finance Magazine's prestigious, international, banking website competition-an annual competition which has been conducted for the past 11 years notwithstanding. Leumi succeeded in securing distinction as the "best website for Personal Banking Customers in Israel."

 

Global Finance Magazine used the following criterion to select the recipient of the award: bank's ability and overall strategy to adapt to the needs of customers using its internet banking site, the success in increasing the overall amount of customers using its internet banking services, range of products and services offered on its website, site design and functionality.

 

Additionally, Leumi won two separate regional awards in Global Finance's annual competition, as the best bank in the Middle-East and in Africa, in the two following sub-categories:

 

  • Best online banking services in the areas of deposits and credit and investment services
  • Best bank in the area of website design
