TheMarker Concludes: Leumi Customers are More Satisfied

According to a survey conducted by the Marketest Institute for TheMarketer, Leumi customers are more satisfied than other banking customers in Israel. These results are in tandem with the 2009 Annual Report for the Bank of Israel, which noted that Bank Leumi had the lowest justified customer complaint rate for the entire banking system in Israel.

 

Leumi’s CEO, Ms. Galia Maor, had the following to say about these findings, “We have derived immense contentment from these articles that position the Leumi Group as the leading banking group, and the leader for customer service in Israel. These articles have complimented the Leumi group highly. This achievement is especially remarkable against the background of the tempestuous markets, economic uncertainty and a public atmosphere regarding issues such as the commission and interest rate levels. These achievements were attained with a praiseworthy common effort and by placing a special emphasis on the quality of the services provides to customers and making this a core issue. We are proud of these."  

 

"We will continue excelling from both corporate and services aspects. I am convinced that determined and consistent efforts in both these directions will reinforce our status as the leading banking group in Israel."
